Our six-week intensive course starts each July and focuses on;

• Men’s pattern drafting and block patterns for Ready to Wear collections.

• Bespoke three-piece suit cutting.

• Economical pattern lay on cloth.

• Three-piece suit fitting.

• Three-piece suit pattern remarking.

• Creating master patterns for bespoke customers.

There is an exam at the end of this course. Successful students will be awarded a certificate.

Course Delivery

SRBA’s training programme is delivered in customised training facilities on the premises of Maurice Sedwell. Ltd, 9-10 Savile Row, London. The instructors are all experienced bespoke tailors, who have trained and worked under the Academy’s Principal Andrew Ramroop OBE.

SRBA will only admit a small number of students for each course to enable each trainee to receive a high degree of individual coaching from their instructor.

Certificate

Trainees who complete all of the modules to the required standards will be awarded a certificate.

2024 Dates

Course duration : 6 weeks

Dates : 15th July 2024 (Monday) to 23rd August 2024 (Friday).

Time schedules : Mondays ~ Fridays / 9:30am ~ 4:30pm (*Time schedule may change slightly.)

Cost

The cost of this full time course is £6,600 and includes 20% VAT, all required materials and equipment.
